As far as take out Chinese this is pretty good for the area. Is everything good, nope! It took a few times to find what and not to order. Now that I know their strengths it's my go to Chinese takeout. This is not really a Hibachi place so the name is definitely misleading. We only order their general tso, sesame chicken, lo mein, and/or Krab Rangoon. For a while there they were over cooking everything and the lo mein always tasted burnt. Lately things have been spot on.

My Wife and I have ordered from here several times. The food is great and service is quick. Four stars instead of five simply cause some dishes are phenomenal (general tso and lo mein) but others are just above average (Mongolian beef and chicken wings). We are eager to discover more gems in the menu and will continue to come back. I would recommend it.

For the price this place is amazing! The hibachi steak dinner is enough to feed two ppl, or makes excellent leftovers!!

Name is misleading. They serve Chinese Food. The "hibachi" menu consists of only a few items. I would give them a 2 star, but since they make their own tasty fried rice, which is hard to find at Chinese takeout, I decided to honor them with another star. The food is always fresh and the price is great, and the location is very near, so we always end up going back here.

This place was empty during lunch hour on a Thursday. While I waited for my order, a couple guys came in for phone order take out. My wait wasn't long at all. The fried dumplings were greasy. One broke open and about a spoonful of grease poured out. The sweet/sour chicken was good, but exactly like any other Chinese restaurant, as was the pork fried rice. Nothing special. Nothing to go out if your way for. It's quick and fills the belly. Restaurant was clean, but obvious wear on the tables and counter.

Living here in Goose Creek for a while now, I couldn't find any good Chinese food, so I gave up looking for a while. But after shopping at the BiLo there, I decided to try this place. I figured this was just a normal Chinese food takeout place, and that's what I got. I like to judge each these restaurants by their General Tso's Chicken dish. This dish was my favorite out of any of the Chinese I tasted here in SC! It had lots of sauce, good pieces of chicken, and a large portion for your money. I'll definitely be back for that dish. My wife got the chicken and broccoli dish, and she said it was good, but the broccoli wasn't great. I hope this helps, I'm always on a quest to find good Chinese takeout.

It's ok. Not a place I would visit again. The food was not great. I should of just stayed home and cooked. I have definitely had much better cooking at home.

It's not really a Chinese food place, but its not Japanese either. I went with some friends during lunch, not expecting much, and was pleasantly surprised. They serve a mix of Japanese and Chinese dishes. I had the Chicken teriyaki dish which was really good and had a lot of chicken. It also came with fried rice (odd since teriyaki normally comes with white rice), some grilled veggies, and a drink. For 8 bucks, its not a bad deal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for lunch.

I was expecting Hibachi but I come to find out it was just a regular Chinese take out. There are 7 Hibachi items on the menu. That was the most disappointing. Also the Hibachi they had was horrible. But the regular Chinese food is ok.

For around here, pretty good takeout Chinese/Japanese food. The Japanese selection is very limited, as they are Chinese people cooking it. They have a cheap lunch special that comes with fried rice and a couple pieces of broccoli. I usually order the general Taos chicken. It is labeled as spicy, but it isn't. It's got enough sweetness that I like.

I work not far from this place and I love getting their hibachi or teriyaki chicken meal. As someone else mentioned, it comes with fried rice, veggies and a drink. They give me enough food that I have leftovers for lunch again so pretty cheap considering it's just over $8. The side of vegetables are zucchini, broccoli and mushrooms.. I ask for no onions automatically so I'm not sure if those are a part of the veggies or not. You also get 3 small containers of "white sauce". Honestly if I didn't exercise sell-restraint, I'd shovel down the whole thing and be miserable for the rest of my work day. I'm pretty sure I've tried the Chinese and my cube mate always gets food off of the Chinese menu and enjoys it. I just can't recall what I thought so at the very least it must not have been crappy! I used to order from the Chinese menu because I wasn't sure if the Hibachi was any good but once I tried it, I haven't gone back to their Chinese items.

After all of my neighbors recommended this place for good Chinese food, we checked it out this weekend. Someone managed to find a menu at their house, which was really helpful. I scoured the internet and never found an image of their menu. Although, spoiler alert, if you have any other Chinese take-out menu, it's pretty much the exact same thing. I went for the General Tso chicken, husband got the Kung Po; also got steamed dumplings. I have to say, it was pretty tasty! I'd say a little above average that the take-out we had back in Indy. I'll definitely keep this in the back pocket for nights I don't want to cook!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
